About

EOS stands for eCommerce Operating System.

It is designed to help ecommerce businesses move from fragmented tools and disconnected reports to one centralised operating environment — a single place where the business can be seen, understood and run.

The vision

Build a single operating system for modern ecommerce businesses.

An ecommerce business is not one system — it is a store, several advertising platforms, a courier network, a spreadsheet or two and a finance process, each holding part of the truth. EOS exists to bring those parts into one operating environment so the business can be run from one place instead of reassembled every week.

The principle

A business system is only useful if you can trust every number in it.

EOS never estimates a figure to make a screen look complete. Missing data is labelled as missing, profit figures state how much of the catalogue actually has cost data behind them, analysis explains the method it used, and a section with nothing to show is hidden rather than filled with a placeholder. That constraint shapes the entire product.

What EOS brings together

Nine parts of the business, one environment.

FinanceCOGS, gross profit, margin and profit after marketing.
AnalyticsTrends, comparisons, geography and cohorts.
IntelligenceExplainable, rule-based analysis of your own data.
How EOS is built

Engineering choices you can verify.

Multi-tenant isolation

Organisations, workspaces, stores and connected advertising accounts are isolated. Every query is scoped to the signed-in organisation.

Rule-based intelligence

EOS analysis is computed from your data with stated methods and volume thresholds. It is not a language model and cannot generate a claim your data does not support.

Official platform APIs

Data arrives through each platform's documented API and OAuth flow. EOS reads for reporting and does not modify your source systems.

Encrypted credentials

Platform access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed in the interface, in API responses or in logs.

Verifiable syncing

Imports are resumable and duplicate-free, and record counts can be verified against the source platform from inside the app.

Built to extend

Integrations follow one shared provider framework, so new platforms plug into the same connection, sync, analytics and reporting pipeline.
