Data Deletion Instructions

EOS (eCommerce Operating System), developed and operated by Delogics.org, respects your privacy and gives you control over your personal and business data. This page explains how to request deletion of your information from our platform, what will be removed, and what may be retained.

1. Disconnect a platform yourself

If you only want EOS to stop accessing a connected service, you do not need to delete your account. Sign in and go to Settings → Integrations, then disconnect Shopify, Meta Ads or Google Ads. On disconnection:

• The stored access and refresh credentials for that platform are deleted from EOS
• EOS stops making any further API requests to that platform for your organisation
• Data already synchronised remains available for your historical reporting unless you ask us to remove it

You can also revoke EOS's access directly from the platform's own settings — for example from your Meta Business settings, your Google account permissions page, or your Shopify admin's apps section.

2. How to request account and data deletion

To request deletion of your EOS account and its associated data, email info@delogics.org from the email address registered to your EOS account, using the subject line "Data Deletion Request", and include:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your EOS account
• Your company or workspace name
• Whether you want the entire account deleted, or only the data from a specific connected platform

We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, to ensure that nobody else can delete your workspace.

3. What will be deleted

• Your account profile, including name, email address and password hash
• Your organisation and workspace records
• Stored access and refresh tokens for every connected platform
• Synchronised business data held for your organisation, including orders, products, customers, inventory and advertising metrics
• Analytics, reports and analysis derived from your data
• Interface preferences and saved views associated with your account

4. Data that may be retained

A limited set of records may be retained after deletion where there is a legitimate operational or legal reason:

• Billing and transaction records required for accounting or tax purposes
• Security and audit records relating to access and integration events
• Backups, which are rotated on a schedule and expire in the normal course
• Records we are required to keep by applicable law or valid legal process

Retained records are not used to provide the service to you after deletion.

5. Processing time

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests promptly and to complete verified requests within 30 days. If a request will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect completion.

6. Effect of deletion

Deletion is permanent. Once your workspace and synchronised data are removed we cannot restore them, and reconnecting a platform afterwards will begin a fresh synchronisation rather than recovering the previous history. If you want to keep a copy of your data, export it from the application before requesting deletion — every table in EOS exports to CSV, and executive reports export as PDF.

7. Third-party services

Deleting your EOS data does not delete data held by Shopify, Meta or Google. Those platforms retain their own records under their own policies, and you should contact them directly for deletion within their systems.
