EOS (eCommerce Operating System) is a Software-as-a-Service platform developed and operated by Delogics.org. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information and business data. This Privacy Policy explains how EOS collects, stores, processes, protects and uses information when you access our website, our application and connected services.
By creating an account, connecting third-party platforms or using EOS, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please discontinue use of the service.
1. Who we are
EOS is operated by Delogics.org. Where this policy refers to "we", "us" or "EOS", it refers to Delogics.org acting as the provider of the EOS platform. For data you import from your own connected platforms, you remain the owner of that data and EOS processes it on your behalf to provide the service.
2. Information we collect
Account information you provide
- Full name
- Email address
- Company or organisation name
- Password, stored only as a cryptographic hash
- User role and workspace membership
- Preferences such as timezone and appearance settings
Business data from connected platforms
When you connect an external service, EOS retrieves the business information required to provide the functionality you have requested. Depending on the platform and the permissions you grant, this may include:
- Shopify: orders, order line items, products, variants, collections, inventory levels, unit costs, customers associated with orders, and store configuration such as currency and timezone.
- Meta Ads: advertising accounts, campaigns, daily performance metrics including spend, impressions, clicks and conversions, and aggregated audience breakdowns such as age band, gender and region as reported by Meta.
- Google Ads: advertising accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, landing page URLs, budgets, and daily performance metrics including cost, conversions and impression share.
Technical information
- IP address and browser user agent associated with sign-in and security events
- Session identifiers required to keep you signed in
- Activity and audit records of significant actions taken in your workspace
- Application error logs used to diagnose faults
We do not collect payment card numbers through the EOS application. Where subscription billing applies, payment details are handled by the payment provider used for that transaction.
3. Connected platforms and OAuth
Connections to third-party platforms are established using each platform's own OAuth authorisation flow. You authenticate directly with that platform, and EOS receives an access credential scoped to the permissions you approve. EOS never asks for, receives or stores your password for a connected platform.
You explicitly choose which advertising accounts EOS may read. Having access to an account within the provider does not by itself grant EOS access to it.
4. How we use information
- To provide the EOS platform and the dashboards, analytics and reports you request
- To synchronise and keep current the data from platforms you have connected
- To compute analysis such as trends, profitability, alerts and forecasts from your own data
- To authenticate you, maintain your session and enforce role-based access
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests and material service changes
- To maintain security, prevent abuse and investigate suspected misuse
- To diagnose faults and improve the reliability and performance of the platform
We do not sell your personal information or your business data, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or to third parties.
5. API permissions
EOS requests the minimum permissions needed to deliver the functionality described in the product. Access to connected platforms is used for reading reporting data. EOS does not create, modify or delete orders, products, inventory or advertising campaigns in your connected platforms.
6. Cookies and session storage
EOS uses cookies that are necessary for the service to function:
- A session cookie that keeps you signed in during a visit
- An optional "remember me" cookie, set only if you choose it, containing a random token that can be revoked and that never encodes your identity or password
- A security token used to protect forms against cross-site request forgery
Your browser may also store interface preferences, such as visible table columns or saved views, locally on your own device. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
7. Analytics
The EOS application computes analytics from the data in your own workspace. We do not embed third-party advertising or cross-site tracking scripts in the EOS application. The public EOS website loads a web font from Google Fonts; if you prefer to avoid this, your browser or network may block it without affecting the site's function.
8. Data storage and security
Your data is stored in a managed database environment and is scoped to your organisation. We apply security measures including:
- Encryption in transit using HTTPS
- Encryption at rest for third-party access and refresh tokens using authenticated encryption
- Password storage using one-way cryptographic hashing
- Parameterised database queries to protect against injection
- Role-based access control and organisation-level isolation of all queries
- Cross-site request forgery protection on state-changing actions
- Audit logging of significant account and integration events
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
9. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We may share information only in these circumstances:
- With service providers that host or operate infrastructure on our behalf, bound to protect it
- With the third-party platforms you have chosen to connect, in order to make the API requests needed to retrieve your data
- With people you invite into your own workspace, according to the roles you assign
- Where required by applicable law, regulation or valid legal process
- To protect the rights, property or safety of EOS, our customers or the public
10. Data retention
We retain your account information and synchronised business data for as long as your account remains active, so the platform can present historical trends and comparisons. Where you disconnect an integration or delete your account, the treatment of the associated data is described in sections 12 and 13. Some records, such as security, audit and billing records, may be retained for a longer period where there is a legitimate operational or legal reason to do so.
11. Your rights and choices
Regardless of where you are located, EOS offers the following as a matter of practice:
- Access to the personal information held about your account
- Correction of inaccurate account information, which you can also edit in the application
- Deletion of your account and associated data, as described in section 13
- Withdrawal of platform access at any time by disconnecting an integration
- A copy of your synchronised data, which you can export yourself from the application in CSV or PDF form
To exercise any of these, contact us at info@delogics.org. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. This section describes the rights we provide as a matter of practice; it is not a statement that EOS is certified under any particular data protection regime.
12. Disconnecting integrations
You can disconnect Shopify, Meta Ads or Google Ads at any time from the Integrations area inside EOS. On disconnection:
- The stored access and refresh credentials for that platform are deleted from EOS
- EOS stops making further API requests to that platform for your organisation
- Data already synchronised remains in your workspace so your historical reporting is preserved, unless you ask us to remove it or delete your account
You may also revoke EOS's access directly from the third-party platform's own settings.
13. Account deletion
You may request deletion of your EOS account and its associated data at any time by contacting info@delogics.org from the email address associated with the account. Detailed instructions, including what is deleted and what may be retained, are published on our Data Deletion page.
14. Third-party services
EOS integrates with third-party platforms including Shopify, Meta and Google. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the practices of those third parties.
15. International data transfers
EOS is operated from Pakistan and its infrastructure may process and store information in facilities located in other countries. By using EOS you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions other than your own.
16. Children's privacy
EOS is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of EOS after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
