What is included in Basic?
Every module listed on the plan — there is no module gating in Basic. If a capability exists in EOS today, your Basic workspace has it.
Do I need Meta and Google Ads to use EOS?
No. Shopify alone gives you sales, customers, inventory, operations and finance. Advertising modules activate when you connect those accounts, and stay hidden until then.
How is my data handled?
Your data stays scoped to your organisation, platform tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can disconnect an integration or request account deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled and your access continues to the end of the paid period. See our Terms of Service for the full detail.
Does EOS change my store data?
No. EOS reads from your connected platforms for reporting and analysis. It does not modify orders, products, inventory or campaigns in the source platform.
How current are the numbers?
Store data syncs continuously and advertising data refreshes on a schedule. The Sync Center shows exactly when each source last updated, so you always know how fresh a figure is.
